Establishment of new Brain Injury Fund

With the aim of improving the lives of people with brain injuries, we announce the establishment of the Brain Injury Fund. This new initiative strives to improve the lives of individuals with brain injuries and their environment through the gathering, application and dissemination of knowledge.

The Brain Injury Fund will undertake various activities to realise this mission. These include:

• Education and training;
• Information and social initiatives.

The Brain Injury Fund focuses on various forms of brain disorders, ranging from strokes to brain injuries caused by accidents or illness, in both children and adults. It also supports all phases after the brain injury has been sustained, from acute care to long-term care. This comprehensive approach promises to mark a promising new phase in the fight against the impact of brain injury.
